Cardiff Christian Healing Ministry

Cardiff Christian Healing Ministry

Founded in 1997 following the Springboard mission to Cardiff, CCHM exists as a resource for the local church, providing counselling for all people, for depression, anxiety, loss, abuse, phobias, PTSD with our qualified counsellors.

We run training for pastoral teams, church leaders and individuals to enable them to provide first level care, either in counselling or prayer ministry. The training teaches practical skills such as listening, as well as understanding the effectiveness of forgiveness, the therapeutic nature of love, how we can be transformed to be more like Jesus, and the role of the church as a healing, redemptive community.

We also run Prayer Café, a twice monthly drop-in for quiet, prayer, reflection and the opportunity to chat. All these at Woodville Christian Centre, Crwys Road CF24 4ND

We are members of the Association of Christian Counselling, Gweini and the Evangelical Alliance, fully insured and supervised in accordance with the ethical codes of the ACC and BACP.
